Masonry repair to a parapet wall on the A82 at inveruglas.

Challenges that had to be overcome
This was an extremely tight site, being that it is on one off the tightest corners on that road. Scaffold had to be designed with the smallest possible footprint.
We had to complete this job in one week Mon/Fri, to minimize the disruption.
Project Manager/Project Statement
This was a very quick project. We couldn’t be there over the weekend, being that this is such a busy tourist road.
This meant that we had only 5 shifts to be in and out. Through good planning and good work from all the guys and sub-contractors, we were able to mobilize, carry out all the repairs and demobilize all in one week.
